1. Services
Pearl Tarots provides private tarot reading services for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual guidance. Readings are symbolic and interpretive and are not guaranteed predictions of future events.
2. Eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in a reading.
3. No Professional Advice
Readings do not replace medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Customers remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
4. Bookings and Payment
Booking payment options may vary by region, currency, device, banking network, and payment-provider availability.
International customers may be offered major cards and supported digital wallets.
Russian / CIS customers may, where available, be provided alternative payment instructions involving MIR Payment system via Sberbank, or VTB.
Displaying a payment method does not guarantee that it will be available for every customer or transaction.
A booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been successfully completed and accepted.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests must be submitted before the scheduled session.
Refunds may be refused for missed sessions, late cancellations, completed readings, or failure to attend at the confirmed time.
If Pearl Tarots cancels a confirmed session and cannot provide a suitable replacement, the customer may or may not receive a rescheduled session or refund depending on the circumstances of the booking uniquely.
6. Session Conduct
Customers must communicate respectfully and provide accurate booking information. Pearl Tarots may refuse, end, or cancel a session involving abusive, threatening, dishonest, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.
7. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Pearl Tarots does not guarantee any specific prediction, result, relationship outcome, financial outcome, decision, event, or personal change.
8. Technical Responsibility
Customers are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and access to the agreed communication platform. Pearl Tarots is not responsible for technical problems caused by the customer’s device, connection, or third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, images, designs, and reading materials belong to Pearl Tarots or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or commercially used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Pearl Tarots is not liable for decisions, losses, damages, actions, or outcomes arising from reliance on a tarot reading or use of the website, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
11. Website and Service Changes
Pearl Tarots may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the website, pricing, availability, or services at any time.
